DELIVERY TIME

We ship worldwide. Please allow up to 1-5 business days for your order to process. We ship out orders Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Once your order has been sent out to be shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package!

On very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries can take up to 3-5 weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance processes.

*Due to COVID-19, there may be a delay with your order, but rest assured it is on its way to you. We recommend keeping an eye on your local postal service's website for up to date info on the current status of the delivery service, as this varies from area to area.

Customs and duty fees are not included and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for each country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions on calculating import costs, if any.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase and your order number. After your order has been processed and fulfilled, a shipping notification email will be sent including a tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking number to start moving after your initial shipping notification. If there is a problem with the tracking number you received after 1-2 business days, please contact us through email for further assistance.


WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times so there is a very small window to cancel or change the details of your order. If you need to change your shipping address info, please write to us immediately at support@hugsandkisses.store. We will try our best to make the changes before it ships out, however we can not guarantee that we will be able to do so once it has started being fulfilled.


DELIVERED, BUT NOT DELIVERED

All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address but you have not received your order, please contact your local post to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
